From left to right these snap tools are:
Snap Center Line
Snap Node
Align Snap
Angle Snap
Perpendicular Snap
Axis Snap
The Center Line and Node snap tools are always available during a point selection.
The Align, Angle, Perpendicular and Align snap are only available when a point selection is made with an active object .
The selected snap button remains depressed during the snap process until snapping is complete and the designer returns to point selection.
Reselecting a depressed snap button has the effect of cancelling the snap operation.
Selecting another snap tool replaces the current snap selection.
