Use the pan menu commands to pan the current view up and down or left and right by a pan factor
margin defined in the View Options . The factor causes the view to
pan by the factor of the view defined by
the pan factor when the commands are selected - or more conveniently the Pan shortcut hotkeys are
pressed.
Pan Commands Description
Pan Select - This is a special option for panning the view by selecting two points. After selecting the
command select a point in the design area. The cursor should appear as a hand. After selecting the first
point the view will drag with the mouse. Drop the view at a new postion. If you move out of the view the
pan operation is cancelled.
The alternative to the Pan Select command is to use Pan dragging using the mouse button defined in the View Options . The view can then be conveniently dragged at any time
by simple clicking the selected
mouse button and dragging with the button pressed. The default is the middle mouse button.
Pan Left - Pan left by the pan factor margin (see: View Options ). Pan Right - Pan left by the pan factor margin (see: View Options ). Pan Up - Pan left by the pan factor margin (see: View Options ). Pan Down - Pan left by the pan factor margin (see: View Options ).
