Sheet Lightning provides template design libraries that include square to round (or: rectangle to round) adapters as standard parametric designs. These can be altered by loading and typing new dimensions.
Alternatively the 3D environment can be used to design a square to round or rectangle to round adapter and form intersections between it and other parts.
