The success of the mechanism in the software for submitting jobs and receiving data is
dependent on the job client settings.
The job client must be set up to communicate with the server via the web. This communication is
achieved through a local email box, so the user should allocate a devoted email box specifically
for sending and receiving data. In this way any data delivered back to the software (as the client)
from the Revcad server (on the web) is passed via the email box, and can also be stored there,
so the email box carries a record of all the data that has been delivered back to the software. If
properly configured with access rights to the email box the software will retrieve the delivered
data, inform the user with a dialog, and store the data locally in the designated directory/location.
In this way, as the user, you have a local record of the delivered job output data, and that data
can also be retained on the web in the email box that is allocated for the purpose, as a backup of
the delivered data.
